7.2 Legal Operator
LifeOrganizer.Pro and the Life application are operated from the State of Georgia, United States.
Where legally required, additional business or legal-identification information may be provided to regulators, payment processors, application marketplaces, or users entitled to receive it under applicable law.
7.3 Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
7.4 Disputes
If you have a dispute involving Life, we encourage you to first contact: ABlackCatFr@gmail.com
and provide a reasonable description of the concern so that an informal resolution can be attempted.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
7.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life and its operators, contributors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use Life.
This may include, where legally permitted:
- Lost data
- Lost opportunities
- Lost profits
- Missed reminders
- Device problems
- Reliance on inaccurate information
- Service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7.6 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life is provided on an:
“as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- Every feature will always work
- The Service will be uninterrupted
- Every error will be corrected immediately
- Information will never be lost
- Every device will remain compatible
- Third-party services will always remain available.
Mandatory warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.
7.7 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of Life or your violation of another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.
7.8 Intellectual-Property Complaints
If you believe content associated with Life infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact: ABlackCatFr@gmail.com.
Include:
- Your contact information
- Description of the protected work
- Description of the allegedly infringing material
- Location of the material
- Explanation of your rights
- Any supporting information.
Do not knowingly submit false infringement reports.
7.9 Severability
If part of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
7.10 No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
7.11 Assignment
Users may not transfer their Life account or contractual rights in a manner that violates these Terms.
Life may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
7.12 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, applicable subscription disclosures, and other policies expressly incorporated into them, represent the agreement governing your use of Life.
7.13 Policy Updates
These policies may be revised over time.
Material changes will be communicated when required.
